Georgio's Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is the data controller for personal information collected through this website. Our registered office is in Eastwood, Leigh-on-Sea, Essex. We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority as an Introducer Appointed Representative (FCA firm reference number 988143) for credit broking introductions on behalf of TradeHelp Ltd (FCA FRN 697812).

2. Information we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, address, email, phone number.
• Quote information: property type, fuel, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, existing system details.
• Finance enquiry data if you request a monthly payment quote or ask us to introduce you to TradeHelp Ltd.
• Communications with us (email, phone, WhatsApp, web forms).
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed (via standard web logs and analytics).

3. How we use your information

• To provide quotes, arrange surveys and carry out installations you request.
• To introduce you to TradeHelp Ltd where you have asked about finance. TradeHelp will then contact you and, where applicable, share your details with a lender on their panel.
• To respond to enquiries and provide customer service and aftercare.
• To meet our legal, regulatory and safety obligations (including gas and electrical safety records).
• With your consent, to send marketing about our own boiler, air conditioning and electrical services.

4. Lawful bases

We rely on: performance of a contract (to deliver quotes and installations), legitimate interests (to run and improve our business and respond to enquiries), consent (for marketing emails and non-essential cookies), and legal obligation (record keeping and regulatory reporting).

5. Sharing your information

We share data only where necessary with:

• TradeHelp Ltd and their panel of lenders, where you request a finance introduction.
• Boiler and equipment manufacturers to register your warranty.
• Gas Safe Register and NICEIC for statutory notification of works.
• IT, hosting, email and payment providers acting as our processors.
• HMRC, regulators, insurers or law enforcement where legally required.

6. How long we keep it

We keep quote data for up to 24 months, installation and finance records for at least 6 years to meet legal, warranty and regulatory obligations, and marketing preferences until you opt out.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the personal data we hold about you, to object to processing and to data portability. You can opt out of marketing at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us.
