Georgio's Ltd is committed to providing a high standard of service. If something has gone wrong we want to know so we can put it right and learn from it.
1. How to make a complaint

Please include your name, address, contact details, a description of the issue and, where possible, any relevant quote or job reference.
2. What happens next
- We will acknowledge your complaint promptly, usually within 3 business days.
- We will investigate and aim to give you a final response within 8 weeks.
- If we cannot resolve it within 8 weeks we will explain why and let you know what to do next.
3. Complaints about finance

4. Financial Ombudsman Service
If you are not satisfied with the final response to a finance-related complaint, or if 8 weeks have passed since you first complained, you may be able to refer the matter, free of charge, to the Financial Ombudsman Service within 6 months of our final response:
